Amanda Wright is a Certified Brain Health Coach through Amen Clinics and a certified life coach. A graduate of Roanoke College with a BS in Physics, she has over 30 years of teaching and tutoring experience. Amanda became passionate about brain health coaching after discovering she had undiagnosed ADHD and experiencing the life-changing impact of the Amen Clinics Ring of Fire ADHD plan — and chose to use her experience to help others. Using insights from over 250,000 brain scans at Amen Clinics, Amanda helps clients identify their specific brain type and patterns, understand why their brain distracts or overwhelms them, and build practical strategies that support daily life. Her coaching takes a holistic approach across four key areas of brain health: physiological, psychological, social, and character (spirituality). Amanda works collaboratively — with her clients, not on them — bringing curiosity, connection, and creativity to every session. She offers individual sessions in person or via Google Meet, as well as workshops and public speaking engagements centered on brain health.

Jen Marie Cliff is a retired nurse with experience in neurotrauma and home hospice care. She is a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master, harmonic practitioner working with sound, tuning forks, crystal bowls, and light language, and an intuitive mentor guiding women to trust their inner wisdom. Jen is a certified ELEVATE Breathwork Facilitator and Teacher, and is completing QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, Level 1 intern). Her practice is grounded in safety, compassionate presence, and body-led wisdom — holding space for clients to release what no longer serves them and reconnect with their true selves. Sessions are by appointment only, with intake and waiver required, and all work is trauma-informed and complementary to medical care. Jen is a proud Fem City Global Member, an affiliate of the International Reiki Organization and the Reiki Membership Association, and a member of the Society for Shamanic Practice. She serves women and aligned seekers in Roanoke, Salem, and throughout Southwest Virginia, and is opening her paid services at The Lotus Collective in Salem, VA.
